Safety & Reliability Characteristics:
1. External Short-Circuit Protection
The battery shall not rupture, venting, fire or explosion when the positive and negative poles are be continuously shorted , and auto-recovery when short-circuit moved.
2. Over-Discharge Protection
The OCV of the battery is zero when the voltage which the internal core of the battery is below 2.75V. The OCV can return to normal after charging.
3. Over-Charge Protection
The charging shall be cut off when the voltage which the internal core of the battery is excess 4.25V, and the battery shall not rupture, venting, fire or explosion.
4. Over-Discharge Current Protection
The CCV of the battery is zero when the battery's discharge current is excess 2.5A. The CCV can return to normal when the battery's discharge current is excess 2A, and the battery shall not rupture, venting, fire or explosion.
5. Free Fall
The battery shall be dropped from a height of 1 m onto a concrete surface. Each test battery shall be dropped six times, twice in each of the three axes, the battery shall not fire or explosion.
